This is the best with super ripe summer peaches that you have diced and frozen yourself.
Store bought frozen peaches tend to be super bland but if they are the only ones you can find also add a little lime juice. Frozen strawberries are great sub too.
Ingredients
2 cups frozen ripe peaches
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon tahini
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender and blend until smooth. In order to get the best consistency and not break your blender or processor you may have to start and stop along the way. Coaxing everything along bit by bit. Sometimes I add about 1 - 1 +1/2 Tablespoon of water, but not much more, because otherwise I end up with a smoothie. I break up the fruit chunks with the back of a wooden spoon and blend a little more. Play around with it until it becomes smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
This recipe serves 1-2.
If you have someone with you it is enough to share, but it’s so good and refreshing that if it's just you, you will eat it all.
